The project includes the decommissioning and removal of Air Handler Unit (AHU) No. 3 located in the building basement mechanical room, and replacing it with a new AHU in place, including modifications to the ductwork, electrical equipment, instrumentation, and piping connections to and from the AHU and control system. Replacement of control valves for AHU 1 and 2 on the roof with Pressure Independent Control Valves, and adding a Differential Pressure Control Valve in the first floor cafeteria.

Project Description: The Work consists of Wood Rot Repair, Fence Painting, CMU Coating, Prep, Prime & Paint all surfaces as outlined in the bid documents. The Project Sites are: Valencia Valley Elementary School, 23601 Carrizo Drive, Valencia, California 91355; Wiley Canyon Elementary School, 24240 W La Glorita Circle, Newhall, California 91321, and Stevenson Ranch Elementary School, 25820 Carroll Lane, Santa Clarita, California 91381.

The City is seeking services for the replacement of the existing pool pump room. The project consists of selected concrete flatwork and identified pool equipment. Alternate Bid Schedule items include demolition of existing perimeter fencing, installation of new wrought iron fencing and fencing gates, purchase of a NEW Vertical Turbine Pump, installation of the pump, additional concrete flat work, and an Eye Wash Drench Hose. The construction of the replacement pool pump room shall be substantially complete by February 7, 2027, to allow the pool to resume use in time for the opening of summer pool programming.

The Project work will consist of asphalt concrete grind and overlay, remove and replace miscellaneous damaged PCC concrete, and furnish and placement or striping and reflective pavement markers.

The City of La Caada Flintridge is soliciting proposals from qualified companies or agencies to provide landscape maintenance services for the Joint Use Facilities and other building grounds, as described in the RFP, for a minimum of three (3) years starting July 1, 2026, or earlier if requested by the City. The general scope of services consists of landscape maintenance, irrigation management, turf maintenance, labor compliance, public outreach, inspection, and project reporting.

The scope also includes repairs as necessary to provide a watertight roof assembly, installation or replacement of flashings, terminations, and related sheet metal components, and application of a Title 24 compliant reflective coating. The Project shall result in a complete, watertight, and warrantable roofing system

The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform roof repairs at Monterey Highlands Elementary School, Buildings A and B, located at 400 Casuda Canyon Drive, Monterey Park, California 91754. Work includes preparation and cleaning of the existing built-up roofing system; removal and replacement of deteriorated roofing materials as required; and installation of a reinforced fluid-applied roofing membrane system over designated areas. The scope also includes repair and encapsulation of existing roof surfaces, installation and/or replacement of flashings, penetrations, and related accessories, replacement of existing skylights, and application of a Title 24-compliant reflective coating where specified. All work shall result in a complete, watertight, and warrantable roofing system.

The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the encapsulation and restoration of the existing roofing system at San Gabriel High School, Building A Lower Sections 1 and 2, located at 801 S. Ramona Street, San Gabriel, California. Work includes preparation and cleaning of the existing roof surface, removal and replacement of deteriorated roofing components and flashings as required, and installation of a seamless, reinforced fluid-applied roofing membrane system (WeatherWeld R-16-30-A or equal) over the existing roof. The scope also includes installation and/or replacement of flashings, terminations, drains, vents, and related sheet metal components, as well as application of a Title 24 compliant reflective coating system. The Project includes all necessary repairs to ensure a complete, watertight, and warrantable roofing assembly.

The City of Irwindale is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Arrow Highway Center Median Islands Improvement Project.

CSU Northridge desires to hire a design-build contractor to design and construct a new Photovoltaic (PV) Canopy System in the G3 surface Parking Lot, bound by Zelzah Avenue to the east, Prairie Street to the north, Dearborn Avenue to the south, and Matador Way to the west. The goal of the Project is to install the largest feasible configuration of PV arrays within the existing surface parking lot, without exceeding the maximum acceptance cost of the project/contract. The solar contract for this installation will be an outright purchase paid for entirely by CSU Northridge (not a power-purchase-agreement nor a solar lease). Projects submitted above the maximum acceptance cost will not be accepted nor considered. The Project will consist of the design, permitting, and construction of a photovoltaic structural canopy, photovoltaic panels, foundations, electrical infrastructure, substation upgrades, under canopy lighting, parking lot slurry seal, parking lot striping, LADWP permitting, interconnection with LADWP via the Campuss electrical infrastructure, and the installation of a LADWP Vista Switch.

The City of Pasadena seeks proposals from qualified vendors to design, furnish, install, configure, test, and commission a comprehensive security camera system at Washington Park. The objective is to enhance safety for park visitors and protect City property via continuous monitoring and recording of public areas. The solution must integrate with the Citys Genetec Security Center 5.13 environment and comply with applicable codes, standards, and City requirements.

The Citys roofs deteriorate primarily due to aging. Their exposure to the sun, windstorms, and rainstorms causes joints, membranes, and seams to separate and sealants to erode. The resulting gaps, peeling, and holes create leaks and other damage. The roof maintenance and repair activities the selected firm will perform on an as-needed basis include debris removal, reapplying sealants in and around membrane seams, joints, downspouts, parapets, gables, etc., and when peeling or holes develop, then the roofing materials in the damaged areas are to be removed and be replaced. The City intends to enter into a five-year agreement with a firm to maintain and repair all of the materials that comprise the Citys roofs and to perform that work on an as-needed basis.
