SCRRA seeks to obtain the services of a qualified contractor through bidding process. The scope of work includes construction and refurbishment of existing restrooms, renovation of areas to provide for office cubicle space, and an addition of an employee breakroom at the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF), located at 1555 N. San Fernando Road, Los Angeles, CA 90065. This project addresses the critical need to upgrade the deteriorated restrooms and provide a proper breakroom at the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF), a key operational site. These improvements are essential to ensure compliance with American with Disability Act (ADA) as well as California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requirements, which mandate that employee lunch areas be sheltered, suitable for consuming food and drinks, and equipped to allow employees to prepare meals.

Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) is replacing the Remote Intelligent Gateway (RIG), existing CAISO meters at the Glenarm Dispatching Station, and the existing CAISO meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station in the City of Pasadena. The scope of work in this document is limited to replacement of the existing ten (10) meters at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, addition of two (2) meters for supporting the Glenarm BESS project at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, and the replacement of the three (3) existing meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station. PWP will furnish all new revenue meters for this scope of work. The Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and certification for a total of fifteen (15) meters. The thirteen (13) new meters shall be installed in existing meter sockets and existing meter cabinets and the two (2) Glenarm BESS meters will require new sockets . The Contractor shall load PWP provided meter programs into the meters, perform all testing, calibration, installation, and meter certification work. PWP will provide the coordination and communications with CAISO for meter outages as required for the meter replacement work. For the two new BESS meters, PWP shall coordinate with CAISO for the New Resource. The Contractor shall perform loading of PWP provided meter programs, calibration, install, test, meter certification work, and provide completed Meter and Site Verification (MSVS) forms to PWP.

This Statement of Work outlines the scope of flooring demolition and replacement services to be performed at 401 N Garfield Ave, Montebello, CA 90640. The work includes the removal and replacement of existing laminate flooring, rubber base, and installation of transition strips in designated areas. Flooring Demolition Main Hallway: Remove and dispose of approximately 532 linear feet of existing 4-inch rubber base. Remove and dispose of approximately 3,325 square feet of existing laminate flooring. Conference Room: Remove and dispose of approximately 182 linear feet of existing 4-inch rubber base. Remove and dispose of approximately 1,650 square feet of existing laminate flooring. Demolition Notes: Contractor shall remove flooring materials with reasonable care to avoid damage to adjacent finishes and building components. All demolition debris shall be collected and removed from the site daily. Disposal of removed materials shall be in accordance with applicable local regulations. Rubber base shall be securely adhered and neatly finished at all corners, joints, and terminations. Transition strips shall be installed where flooring surfaces meet at doorways and other designated transition points.

The City of Pomona is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide the City annual services of tree maintenance and emergency response service as needed. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. All interested Contractors shall demonstrate that they have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings.
