Replace CAISO Remote Intelligent Gateway (RIG) and CAISO Meters, Pasadena, CA

Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) is replacing the Remote Intelligent Gateway (RIG), existing CAISO meters at the Glenarm Dispatching Station, and the existing CAISO meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station in the City of Pasadena. The scope of work in this document is limited to replacement of the existing ten (10) meters at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, addition of two (2) meters for supporting the Glenarm BESS project at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, and the replacement of the three (3) existing meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station. PWP will furnish all new revenue meters for this scope of work. The Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and certification for a total of fifteen (15) meters. The thirteen (13) new meters shall be installed in existing meter sockets and existing meter cabinets and the two (2) Glenarm BESS meters will require new sockets . The Contractor shall load PWP provided meter programs into the meters, perform all testing, calibration, installation, and meter certification work. PWP will provide the coordination and communications with CAISO for meter outages as required for the meter replacement work. For the two new BESS meters, PWP shall coordinate with CAISO for the New Resource. The Contractor shall perform loading of PWP provided meter programs, calibration, install, test, meter certification work, and provide completed Meter and Site Verification (MSVS) forms to PWP.
