Bouquet Canyon Park is located at 28127 Wellston Dr. The 10-acre park contains pickle ball courts, ball diamond, basketball court, playground and other amenities to serve the public. The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a qualified design-build contractor to design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) a new stand-alone hydrogen-fueling station by requesting DB Qualification Statements, technical proposals, price proposals, and required completed forms and attachments in response to this RFP from highly qualified and experience vendors with the capability, responsibility, experience, and accountability to design and construct a stand-alone hydrogen-fueling station that will use delivered liquid hydrogen (LH2) as the primary storage medium that will support the City's planned fleet of fuel cell electric buses (FCEBs) and described in greater detail in the Citys Bridging Documents, and Design-Build Documents enumerated in the City's Standard Form of Agreement. The City of Norwalks Engineering Division of Public Services Department is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for Alondra Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation from Studebaker Road to Gridley Road.

Design-Builder will be responsible for the design and construction of the Project by furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and support facilities for the Work. The following is a brief overview of the basic services the selected Design-Builder will be required to perform during Phase 1 and Phase 2 (if awarded) of the Project: Validate the Project program, budget, scope, and schedule. The City is currently developing the Project definition documents regarding the program, budget, scope and schedule and these documents will be shared with shortlisted Respondents during the Proposal Phase. This Safe Routes to School project includes new signing and striping, converting driveways into continuous sidewalks, and replacing standard curb ramps with safer bulb outs. Additional curb ramp reconstruction will ensure added ADA accessibility and create a more predictable, comfortable environment for students walking or biking to school.

The City of Pasadena Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services Seeks a vendor to provide pond maintenance services at The Gamble House. This maintenance will be inclusive of: Weekly periodic visits, Periodic cleaning of filters, Clearing intake basket, Removing debris from pump, Checking for proper pump operation, Trimming of water plants, Some algae removal (to keep under control: complete removal is not possible, nor healthy for system), Skimming and removal of floating debris, Water changes and replenishing, Inspecting fish, aquatic life and over-all health of pond, and Basic observation of water quality, determination/prediction of potential problems. In addition, work may include replanting aquatic plants as needed. Pricing for replanting must consist of labor and plant costs. Work will be ordered by the Water and Power Engineer issuing paving lists which will specify the locations of paving work, the types of work to be performed, and the nominal dimensions or the limits of the work required.

This project will improve the performance of the existing stormwater capture system to minimize stormwater monitoring and sampling frequency. The project includes replacing and upsizing the existing 15 hp storm water pump to 25 hp submersible pump at Drainage Area 3, installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, and replacing 170 linear feet of 10-inch PVC pipe.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The project involves cold milling existing AC Pavement, AC Removals and Reconstructions, ARHM Overlays, AC Base Overlays and Adjusting Utilities to Grade; signing, striping, and traffic control; removal and replacement of cross gutters and spandrels, including adjacent curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps and other appurtenant work.

The project involves site improvements to Polytechnic High School. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the demolition of all existing buildings, shade structures, and associated site work; construction of a new natural turf softball/soccer field designed to meet CIF field regulations, including associated softball field fencing and gates, dugouts, batting cages/bullpens (one (1) for the home team and one (1) for the visitor team), and bleachers for a 121 spectator capacity. The project also includes installation of a modular building on permanent foundations to accommodate concessions, restrooms, and storage; designated space for storage containers; multi-sport field lighting and a scoreboard; associated perimeter fencing, gates, and sports netting over perimeter fencing; accessible parking in the existing parking lot; and reconfiguration of all existing site utilities.
