The work to be performed, in general, consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and contract documents for the construction of the Storm Drain Improvements at East Avenida Cordoba and Via Avila, City of San Clemente. The general method of the storm drain construction work includes demolition and replacement of existing concrete catch basins, local depressions, cross gutter, A.C. pavement and Portland cement concrete curb & gutters, sidewalks, curb ramp, traffic detector loops, trenching and installation of new Reinforced Concrete pipes (RCP) within existing roadways and Right-of-Ways, erosion control BMPs, and construction of new concrete junction structures, manholes and collar. The work also includes traffic control.

Construction Management & Inspection Support Services for the implementation of the Storm Drain Improvements at East Avenida Cordoba & Via Avila, PN 30017 project in the City of San Clemente. Project will include the construction of new storm gravity mains, laterals, catch basins, junction structures, slope anchors, a minor retaining wall and the rehabilitation of the existing roadway and other local features.

It is the intent of the City of Fullerton to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with a qualified aviation engineering consultant firm for a period of five (5) years. Services requested include general consulting, planning, environmental, engineering, surveying, geotechnical consulting and may include construction inspection/management services. The Orange County Sanitation District (OC SAN) invites proposals for Project No. J-133, Laboratory Replacement at Plant No. 1 from firms qualified and capable of performing Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services including design, construction, and commissioning support services. The Project Scope generally describes the services required for the Project.

This project includes the removal and haul away of an existing lodge pole fence at Nature Park. The contractor will be required to replace with new lodge pole fencing and footings. Additionally, the contractor will purchase and install 4 concrete tables. The contract will also remove and haul away existing playground cloth canopies/shade sails at Lake Forest Park and Peachwood Park, replacing and installing a new canopies/shade sails.

This project includes but is not limited to construction and placement of two (2) Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) 24 x 40 permanent portable classrooms 15 & 16 (PC #04-121999) on wood foundations, PC ramps, site work including ac paving, ramp, accessible parking, addition of one (1) Contractor Furnished Contractor Installed (CFCI) drinking fountain, and upgrades to staff restrooms in Building A at Panorama Elementary School.

South Coast Water District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced licensed civil engineering firms to provide civil engineering services (the Services) for the Creekside Well Equipping Redesign and Groundwater Recovery Facility (GRF) PLC Replacement Project as outlined in Attachment A. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of agreement are subject to the final District and/or Board of Directors approval. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, under Financial Assistance Agreement R24AP0065200, through the WaterSMART Drought Resiliency Program. As such, all work performed under this RFQ and the resulting Agreement is subject to the federal terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Notice of Award and the attached Federal Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions.

The County of Orange, County Executive Office - CPO (hereinafter referred to as County), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as Respondents) for The County is seeking qualified contractors to provide the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of Rapid-Build Tensioned Membrane Aluminum Frame Structures (TMS) to support emergency preparedness and response operations. Services include engineering and code-compliant design, fabrication of modular structural systems, transportation to County-designated sites, full installation and assembly, and training for County personnel on operation and maintenance. The structures must be durable, rapidly deployable, and capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions while supporting flexible, temporary or semi-permanent use..Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The Public Works Department of the City of Costa Mesa is requesting proposals from professional engineering services for the design of the Citys federally-funded Fair Drive Circulation Improvements Project - Fair Drive For All (Federal Project No. CML-5312(112)). Fair Drive is a 4-lane Primary Arterial with a two-way center turn lane with Class II bicycle lanes on each side of the street between Harbor Boulevard to Newport Boulevard. The segment from Harbor Boulevard to Fairview Road serves the College Park residential neighborhood to the north and south. The segment from Fairview Road to Newport Boulevard serves the OC Fair & Event Center, Costa Mesa City Hall, Costa Mesa Police Department, Fire Station #5, Neth Park, and Vanguard University. The OC Fair occurs annually between mid-July and mid August with other events occurring regularly through the rest of the year. Between Harbor Boulevard and Fairview Road, Fair Drive has an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) volume of roughly 12,000 vehicles per day (vpd) with a 40-mph posted speed limit. Between Fairview Road and Newport Boulevard, Fair Drive has an ADT of 19,000 vpd with a 35-mph posted speed limit. The City of Costa Mesa would like to procure professional engineering services for the Fair Drive Circulation Improvements Project - Fair Drive For All (Federal Project No. CML-5312(112)) (Project) to identify, evaluate, and design safety and circulation improvements along Fair Drive from Harbor Boulevard to Fairview Road, as shown in Exhibit A. The Project will identify multiple alternatives for how to improve the corridor, analyze and evaluate alternatives, conduct extensive community outreach, and include preliminary design, environmental analyses, and final design of the selected improvements. Some potential improvements include one-way or two-way Class IV Cycle Tracks along Fair Drive, transit stop improvements, crosswalks, and modified traffic controls (e.g. roundabout, protected intersection, pedestrian hybrid beacon, etc.). The project will include extensive community outreach meetings with the community including College Park neighborhood members, the Citys Active Transportation Committee, and other stakeholder groups to obtain feedback on the proposed improvements.

The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency is seeking a qualified firm for general engineering analysis, planning, final design and design services during construction for final design services of the Loma Improvements Project as more specifically described in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract (Section III).

The Respondent will be contacted by County Project Management staff on an as-needed basis as projects arise to provide A-E services for professional services. Requirements will be discussed by the Parties and Respondent shall prepare a written Scope Statement that will include the specific work to be performed, including the costs and time required to complete the project/task. County Project Management staff will then review the Respondents Scope Statement, proceed with negotiation of task costs and when satisfied, issue a Contract Task Order (CTO) against this Contract.

The Project is located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The project scope includes installing 22 dedicated circuits across 6 pantries and 2 breakrooms at OC SANs Headquarters Building. Each pantry will receive 2 (N) under-cabinet mounted receptacles, and each breakroom will receive 1 (N) under-cabinet mounted receptacle. Existing receptacles in the pantry and breakroom will be separated onto its own dedicated circuit.
