The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites Certified Roofing Contractors, licensed by the State of Florida and prequalified by the School Board to submit Bids for Roofing Services. The ITB document may be obtained from BidNet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/palmbeachschools. The School Board reserves the right to waive minor technicalities in any Bid.
General Description of the Project: Rehabilitate or replace hanger doors, and install new pre-finished wall panels with insulation on north side of building.
. SCOPE OF WORK: This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to furnish and install a complete shade structure over existing playground equipment per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment C and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach Countys Annual Contract - Minor Construction Services, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference.
To renovate existing helipad and screen wall on the Main County Courthouse high roof per the project requirements provided below and the drawings and specifications included as Exhibits 1, 2 and 3: a. Palm Beach County has applied and paid for the City of West Palm Beach Building permit. Awarded contractor will be responsible for procuring the permit and for any other sub-permits, permits and/or fees. b. All costs associated with transport, approved road closures (if required) and MOT provisions, pedestrian walkways, barricades, street cleaning and maintenance will be the responsibility of the contractor. c. Awarded contractor shall be responsible to procure all crane use permits, regulatory approvals and building coordination for crane use hours, mobilization(s) and airway clearances.
To demolish and replace prefabricated metal building per the project requirements provided below: a. The general scope of work is to replace the existing prefabricated metal storage building and to re-use the existing concrete foundation. The new building installation is to include two new office spaces, a ADA compliant handicap restroom, air conditioning for the offices, salvaging equipment for re-use, and exterior plumbing connections for restroom fixtures and a new fire hydrant. b. Perform work per engineered documents provided in Exhibit 1. c. Refer to Exhibit 2 for location map. d. Provide electrical power to the temporary office trailer and north-end fuel pumps during construction. e. Item(s) to be salvaged are to be stored in a secure, weatherproof area onsite. f. Protect trees within 180 ft from building perimeter. Preserved trees are to be barricaded with a 3-foot-high plastic mesh (orange OSHA ) supported by six-footlong T-posts or 2x2 wood stakes or equivalent. Stakes are to be spaced 8 ft maximum. g. Permit has been applied for. All permitting fees are the contractors responsibility.
The City of Riviera Beach, Florida (City) and the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District (District) are seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide Lift Station Generator Installations services for the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project involves furnishing all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, etc. for the installation of emergency generators at six (6) sanitary lift stations including concrete pads, automatic transfer switches, fencing, associated appurtenances, and proper disposal or abandonment of existing fencing and equipment; bypass pumping at one of the lift stations; and all other elements as indicated on the associated construction plans and specifications. The project sites are located at six (6) existing sanitary lift stations located within the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District wastewater service area at the locations shown on the construction plans, with five (5) of the sanitary lift stations located within Riviera Beach, Florida and one (1) sanitary lift station located one quarter mile southwest of the City of Riviera Beach, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure prices and establish a Supplemental Bid for Term Contract 24C-36V for Oil and Fuel Related Environmental Services, as specified herein. These services will include, but not be limited to vacuum truck services, oil/water separator servicing, emergency spill response including absorbent and boom deployment, oily solid or semi-solid waste (i.e. Sludge and sediments), oily water and petroleum contact water removal, recycling and/or disposal. Used oil testing for halogenated solvents, removal and recycling, above ground and underground storage tank cleaning (including OSHA compliant confined space entry), removal and disposal of hydraulic-oil and water from underground lifts, elevator shafts, pistons, and related hydraulic equipment, fuel polishing services including certified laboratory testing and analysis. Biocide treatment chemicals and services. Provide empty drums, roll-off containers, and storage vessels for the storage of liquid, solid, and semi-solid petroleum contaminated wastes.
The MPO is soliciting submittals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive handyman and building facilities services. The selected contractor will support the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of agency-owned and/or operated facilities.
The Town of Juno Beach is seeking Proposals from qualified firms with the experience and technical qualifications necessary to provide comprehensive Building Division services, including Building Official, Building Plan Review, and Building Inspection services. Proposing firms must demonstrate the capability to provide qualified personnel possessing all licenses and certifications required under Florida law, including those required by applicable provisions of the Florida Building Code and Florida Statutes. All services will be performed within the Town of Juno Beach.
The sole purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to secure firm, fixed hourly rate and establish a term contract for precision machine shop services, off-site, for Palm Beach County.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Testing and verification of all fire alarm and life safety devices to confirm proper operation. Preventive maintenance and calibration of system components. Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of defective or non-compliant components. The City of South Bay desires a fully outsourced IT management provider to provide proactive maintenance, support, and other IT related functions. The following details the minimum services to be provided to the City of South Bay in the area of information services: a. Initial Assessment With the assistance of city staff, compile an inventory of all information technology related assets, assess system assets, and make recommendations for improved city-wide IT system performance. b. Desktop Applications Support Perform basic support functions including installation of PCs, laptops, printers, and software; diagnose and correct desktop application problems; configure laptops and desktops for standard applications; and identify and correct hardware problems, performing advanced troubleshooting. Assist designated City personnel with hardware and software purchases as needed. Assist with warranty and other technical support. c. Server Administration Services Manage computer network and associated hardware, software, communications, and operating system necessary for the quality, security, performance, availability, recoverability, and reliability of the system. Monitor server performance and capacity management services. Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance for equipment is promptly performed; develop back-up plans and procedural documentation for active servers to include the 6-month Florida State Digital archive backup. Confidentiality of information is vital. The selected vendor and their employees will be required to sign and adhere to a confidentiality clause that information in the system must remain confidential under penalty of law. All vendor employees with access to the City network will be required to undergo fingerprint background checks at the vendors expense, training, and be expected to maintain CJIS security standards at all times. d. Network Administration Services Scope of activity includes all City network equipment including switches, firewalls, routers, IP phone system and other security devices. Manage backup and disaster recovery systems. The scope also includes primary installation and maintenance of printers, network copiers/scanners, group policy, software updates, etc. as deemed necessary. Monitor network performance and capacity management services. Maintain city- wide network diagram. e. Cybersecurity Monitoring Maintenance of virus/malware detection and spam reduction programs on City servers, email and all other City computers and laptops. Perform security audits as requested and notify City personnel immediately of suspected breaches of security. Assist the City of South Bay in complying with best practices as well as ISB and CJIS requirements. f. Email and System Management Provide administration and support for the Citys email platform and IT systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. Services include email account management, system monitoring, cybersecurity, data backup, software updates and user support. g. Strategic Planning Provide technical leadership for all technology issues. Make recommendations for future purchasing and technology needs. Keep City up to date on new technology changes and uses that will enable the City to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Install equipment including new servers, software, and hardware and transfer data when required.
The City of Belle Glade intends to create a pool of qualified and licensed general contractors and/or residential certified contractors experienced in working on residential rehabilitation construction projects and who can quickly compete for and complete such projects for the City. Construction services will be focused on basic repairs and renovations to residential structures that address such items as ADA needs, HVAC, roofing, windows, doorways, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, and fencing, etc. The selected pool of contractors will enter into contracts with the City and will be invited to bid on specific projects as they become available. All work will be awarded through individual task orders under each contractors contract with the City
