I-25-2021 Tri-St Twy I-294 Noise Abatement Wall Construct at Archer Ave And 71st Place MP17.6 And MP23.0. The work under this contract includes construction of ground mounted noise wall, staining of moment slabs and parapets, staining of retaining walls, noise wall blocking assembly installation, erosion and sediment control, landscape work and maintenance of traffic.

This improvement will repair and rehabilitate various city-owned or maintained parking lots and off-road multi-use paths throughout the City of Naperville. Work included in this contract includes crack filling, pavement patching, milling, resurfacing, seal coating, application of a specialized pavement sealant, pavement striping, concrete work, and sidewalk work. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for restoring all areas to the satisfaction of the Engineer including landscaping with topsoil, seed, and sod.

Furnish and Install Topsoil A. The majority of the ditch regrading done will only be rough grade; the finish grade will be provided to the Contractor. The Contractor will be required to furnish and install topsoil for the establishment of a finished grade prior to sodding (when installing topsoil, a minimum of 4" will be required). Furnish and Install Sod A. Sod shall be placed only on those areas which have an acceptable finish grade. Sod shall be placed tightly and smoothly edge-to-edge with staggered joints. The sod shall be immediately pressed into contact with the bed by rolling with approved equipment. The edges of the existing parkway shall be cut with a sod cutter such that the newly laid sod meets the grade of the existing turf flush and smooth.

The consultant shall document the existing conditions of the project corridor, including: Full topographic survey of entire right-of-way, including current sidewalk widths, curb-tobuilding dimensions, on-street parking configuration (stall count, orientation, and dimensions), existing street trees (trees to be surveyed streetside) and landscaping, visible utility infrastructure, and finished floor/door elevations to be taken at each entryway and at any existing stairs/steps. Photographic documentation of the block from both pedestrian and street perspectives Review of available City GIS data, right-of-way records, and any prior planning documents relevant to the corridor Identification of constraints and opportunities, including ADA Compliance gaps, utility conflicts, and building setback conditions

It is the intent of the Village of Lisle to bid debris and materials hauling services and award these services to a single contractor (Contractor).

Project consists of stabilization and HVAC upgrades at three buildings at the Mayslake Peabody Estate: the Mansion, Retreat Building, and Garage. Work includes demolition of the freestanding Garage and south wing of the Retreat Building; stabilization of remaining structure; masonry restoration; window, door, and slate roof repairs; new collections storage/workroom space; HVAC/DOAS, BAS, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, life safety, lightning protection, and related site improvements.

The Contractor will be responsible for the collection and disposal of leaves generated during the course of the Citys curbside leaf collection program in the designated district(s). Leaves shall be collected on City streets, loaded into trucks, and transported to one of several City sites. The Contractor shall completely remove all leaves from the parkway and curb line in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.

The project is located within the City of Warrenville along IL Route 59 between Continental Drive/Meadow Avenue and Batavia Road. The total project length is 2,116 feet (0.40 miles). The improvements will lie primarily within the IL Route 59 rights-of-way which fall under the jurisdiction of the IDOT. A combination of temporary and permanent easements will need to be acquired from 7 different properties. The Phase II Final Engineering design will include: 1. A new ten-foot accessible, concrete shared-use path, along the west side of IL Route 59 that will connect to existing paths at the northern and southern extents. 2. A new five-foot, accessible, concrete sidewalk, along the east side of IL Route 59 that will connect to existing paths/sidewalks at the northern and southern extents. 3. Installation of new traffic signal posts, push button Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) and pedestrian signal heads at the northern and southern extents. 4. Modifications to existing curb ramps and driveway entrances, and installation of new curb ramps. 5. Improvements to intersection pavement markings. 6. Regrading of existing open channel, installation of new storm sewer and new connections between open and closed drainage systems. 7. Relocation of existing utilities and signage. 8. Restoration and landscape improvements.
