Water main will be installed via traditional open-cut methods and backfilled prior to the full depth reclamation within the aforementioned limits. The pavement will be removed and replaced with cement base stabilization. Longmeadow Circle includes a full-depth reclamation of the existing bituminous pavement and underlying base materials to a specified depth, and Iroquois Avenue includes pavement removal and resurfacing. Additional work includes sidewalk, curb and gutter and hydrant replacements.
