This Contract is for the improvements at the Chemical Fill Station including replacement of five (5) 2 Diameter chemical pipes, valves, and disconnects, installation of a check valve at each of the five chemical lines, cut and cap the inactive pipes, replacements of concrete pad and bollards, replacement of existing compressed air pipe and hose reel, replacement of existing and installation of new heat trace systems.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Scotch Plains Fanwood Board of Education, Union County, New Jersey for the following project: Electrical and HVAC Upgrades at Coles Elementary School, Nettingham Middle School, School One Elementary School, Terrill Middle School, and Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to the electrical service and distribution as well as unit ventilator replacements and HVAC upgrades at the Coles Elementary School, Nettingham Middle School, School One Elementary School, Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School and Terrill Middle School.

The work includes the construction of outdoor recreational park improvements designed to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal including, but not limited to, demolition of existing hardscape, site preparation, earthwork, grading and drainage improvements, relocation of selected monuments, installation of concrete paver walkways and plaza integrated with landscape design, construction of concrete curbs, refurbishment and installation of decorative scalloped fence, installation of decorative site lights, water, sanitary sewer and electric utility upgrades, irrigation and landscaping improvements, and installation of park appurtenances such as benches, trash receptacles, and related site furnishings and all other improvements depicted within the Bid Documents. Alternate Bid A consists of design and installation of the two-level waterfall feature. Alternate Bid B consists of the purchase and installation of decorative task lights and new scalloped fence. Alternate Bid C consists of installation of two (2) specimen trees. Alternate Bid D consists of installation of stone caps to the existing monument bases, and the purchase and installation of table and chair sets.
