Project Description: The Project includes removal and replacement of approximately 17,459 square feet of TPO roofing and installation of a new warranted roofing system, with work to be completed while the facility remains operational. The RFP also includes additive alternates for additional improvements.

Project Description: The work, includes cold plane pavement removal and inlay of 2 inch HMAC inside of fog lines. Existing shoulder rumble strips and fog lines are to remain. The work also includes performing all temporary traffic control, installing temporary pavement markers, installing type - 1AR recessed pavement markers, installing centerline rumble strips and permanent center line striping.

Project Description: City may require general architectural services from a consultant for day-to-day issues, including, without limitation, the following: (a) attend council meetings; (b) coordinate and work with City staff; (c) develop architectural design and specifications for city projects, review plans and specifications for City projects; (d) troubleshoot City facilities and make recommendations for improvements; (e) provide planning for City facilities; (f) respond to all manner of general architectural requests including Landscape Architecture; and (e) provide back up to the Public Works Operations Manager when needed. City may contract with a selected consultant to undertake specific projects for City that have a defined scope of work, are relatively larger in scale, and/or for any other reason City desires to assign the work on a task-basis to a consultant.

Project Description: The work includes replacement of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system of the North and South sections of the digester building.

Project Description: Improvements generally include the construction of approximately 12,000 LF of 16 C905 DR 18 water transmission line from OR HWY 242 to the Sisters Reservoir near Peterson Burn Road along Edgington Road. The work will involve the installation of several hydrants and valve assemblies as well as an open trench crossing of OR Hwy 242 and a 30 wide pavement repair.

Project Description: Upgrade and expansion of the Female restroom, conversion of the current mens locker room into a womens locker room, addition of shower and floor drains, counter, sink, including plumbing in the womens restroom. Conversion of the current battery room into a new mens locker room. Includes demolition of interior walls, electrical relocation, lighting changes. Includes new finishes as needed.
