Scope of Work: The Project consists of furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment and specified materials to install one (1) Owner supplied steel power transmission pole. Work includes traffic control, surveying, site clearing, digging/augering pole hole, assembly and erection of one slip joint steel pole.

Project Description: The environmental consultant is expected to perform the following tasks Consult with County staff to identify specific needs and discuss options for accomplishing those needs. Perform site visits to accomplish tasks including presence/absence of wetlands and wetland delineation, determination of bank-full width, ordinary high water delineation, Stream Function Assessment Method (SFAM) field work, regulatory compliance monitoring & reporting, fish-salvage, analysis & plan development for post-construction stormwater treatment facilities, vegetation survival analysis and corresponding documentation, archaeological and historical studies, river hydraulics and scour and stream stability evaluations. Compile various reports including wetland determination, ordinary high water determination, bank full-width memo, permit exemption memorandums, Joint Permit Applications, Stream Function Assessment Method (SFAM) workbooks, analysis & plan development for postconstruction stormwater treatment facilities, regulatory compliance, fish-salvage and associated permit acquisition & follow-up reporting, archaeological and historical studies, river hydraulics and scour analysis calculations, no-rise floodplain analysis, stream stability, County & City land-use, & other environmental technical reports. Acquire permits from and/or verify permitting exemptions with local, state and federal agencies and act as a liaison on behalf of Clackamas County in regulatory based meetings & discussions. Provide assistance and guidance with respect to cultural resource regulations

Project Description: Furnish all labor and equipment necessary to install approximately 2,800 feet of 1-2" HDPE conduit and 1,100 feet of 1-3" HDPE conduit in Florence, Oregon. Work also includes installation of one (1) single-phase switch-stand, four (4) handholes, eight (8) ground sleeves and three (3) hill holders in accordance with District Specifications.

Scope of Work: This project will result in the installation and commissioning of a Fire Detection System (FDS) in the Trail Bridge Powerhouse, approximately 71 miles east of Eugene on the upper McKenzie River; accessible by State Highway 126 East.

Project Description: The project includes interior repairs in two (2) existing buildings due to flood damage. Work consists of replacement and repair-in-place of damaged floor finishes, wall finishes, doors, casework, restrooms partitions and fixtures. Initial demo has been performed requiring scope of remaining demo to be reviewed by potential bidders during the mandatory site walk.

Description: This project consists of a comprehensive roofing renewal of the existing, in-service low-slope roofing assembly with an adhered system comprised of: 1. Adhered air and vapor barrier membrane. 2. Polyisocyanurate insulation for conformance with current Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC). 3. Rigid coverboard and single-ply thermoplastic membrane. 4. Slope to drain.

Project Description: Contractors shall furnish any or all of the following chemicals: Sodium Hypochlorite (Low Sodium) 12% Liquid, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, Dense Soda Ash Powder (bulk and in bags), Sodium Fluorosilicate (bags), and Liquid Sodium Bisulfite.

Project Description: This Project is for the construction of a public parking lot located at the Southwest corner of Newmark Avenue & South Wall Street.

The Consultant shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to complete the design and preparation of construction documents for the Park Improvements Project. Project Description: The work consists of removal & replacement of existing Portland Cement concrete (PCC) sidewalks, concrete infill of existing median islands, a limited number of intersection concrete curb ramps, related asphalt concrete patching, saw-cutting, on-call arborist and tree-related work if requested by the City. 2026 Slurry Seal Project

Project Description: The Project consists of the design and remodel of approximately 29,804 square foot of an existing 61,852 square foot building to create a National Guard FMS that supports administrative, logistical requirements and vehicle maintenance requirements for the ORARNG. The completed Project shall be designed to meet the vehicle maintenance.
