Project Description: Provide architectural and related design, engineering & construction services for the replacement of the historic vehicle building located at the Fort Dalles Museum. This project will be delivered using the Design-Build alternative contracting method.

Scope of Work: The Work includes partial tenant improvement of the existing buildings owned and operated by the Department of Administrative Services; no modifications to the exterior or site or additions are included: Justice Building, 1162 Court St. NE, Salem, OR 97301 construction of a lactation room in an existing vending machine room and a wellness room in the corner of an existing employee break room located on the basement level. The Work also includes the building out of a single user restroom in the break room on the first floor of the building. State Library Building, 250 Winter St. NE, Salem, OR 97301 construction of a lactation room and a wellness room in an existing storage room and renovation of a single user restroom, all located on the basement level. North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St NE, Salem, OR 97301 - construction of a lactation room and a single user restroom in an existing open office area on the first floor of the building. All three buildings will remain fully occupied during construction.

Description: Holman Apartments building's roof replacement and interior repairs: replace roofing, replace roof sheathing as needed, install fall protection, replace fascia boards, replace gutters and downspouts, scope and cleanout out storm drain lines, patch and repair interiors where water damaged, remove shelving in closets for attic access, install attic partition rated access panels, protect/replace/repair surrounding landscape as needed due to construction activities.

Project Scope: This Project includes installation of a new golf course irrigation system and prefabricated pump station. The irrigation system consists of a new two wire/decoder control system with computer and interface, HDPE piping, valves and sprinklers on the golf course and clubhouse area. A new irrigation pump station is proposed to be placed inside the existing pump house. The Contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to install the proposed irrigation system. Demo of the existing irrigation system shall include removal of all sprinklers, controllers and valve boxes on the golf course.

Scope of Work: The Work to be done under this contract, NB along Interstate 5 at MP 124.54 on the multiuse path underneath Structure No. BR07404A, in Douglas County, OR consists of supplying the materials, equipment, labor and incidentals required to perform the following tasks as described in the contract plans and specifications: Provide temporary work zone traffic control. The scope of work includes complete grounds maintenance services for the Western Oregon Service Unit campus, including routine grounds maintenance, mowing, edging, weed and leaf removal, retention pond maintenance, trash and debris policing, sidewalk and stairway cleaning, vegetation trimming, annual pruning, approved chemical applications, debris disposal, and snow and ice removal as needed. The anticipated period of performance includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.

Project Description: The project is an interior alteration of two (2) office departments (Customer Service and Administration) with minor exterior work to the roof to provide new tubular daylighting devices and rework a bathroom exhaust fan. The scope incorporates: Creation of six (6) new private offices and demolition of two private offices and a conference room within the open office space of the admin and customer service departments. Upgrade fluorescent light fixtures to LED light fixtures in the interior area of work. New tubular daylighting devices in admin office area to provide additional daylight to the space. Replacement of toilet partitions in men's and women's restrooms for added privacy. Install Audio/Visual devices in approved locations. Rework of interior mechanical, electrical, telco and plumbing systems per new furniture and equipment layouts, partition modifications, lighting and HVAC modifications. Rework of sprinkler / alarm system, as required in area of work.

Scope of Work: Replace old/damaged kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops at various dwellings owned by HACC on an as needed basis. New Cabinets shall be KCMA certified.

Scope of Services: Install ~2,000 linear feet of 8", 6 and 2 PVC waterline along the Rice Road and 1st Avenue. Plug and abandon existing 6 and 4 waterlines in place.
