Demolition of existing gate valve, actuator, and blowoff. Installation of precast vault, 16 plunger valve, actuator, and air/vacuum valve with vent piping. Installation of new blowoff valve and piping. Site cleanup and restoration. Note that all electrical provisions will be provided and installed by DCPCMUD after this project ends.

Construction of the Detention to Serve Trib D-18.

The City of Richardson is seeking proposals to provide Hauling of Construction Debris services.

The work shall consist of and include, but not be limited to, locating conduit pathways, installing electrical wiring to provide power to each designated TVM at Terminal B and Downtown Irving Heritage TRE stations.

The DART Cityplace Station Modernization Program includes the modification of Cityplace Station allowing level boarding across the entire platform extents along with general renovation of the station finishes, security and some building systems. The intent of this program is to not only update the stations for accessibility but to update the stations to meet the expectations of the DART ridership in terms of patron comfort and security. This project is anticipated to be completed by September 2029. The Program raises the existing platform extents approximately 7 inches to allow level boarding along the entire length of the platform. The scope impacts various aspects of the station including stairs, ramps, amenities, finishes and the circulation patterns which all need to be taken into consideration. Verification for compliance with ADA/TAS will be required. The Cityplace Station remodeling effort should include the complete removal and replacement of all interior finishes at the Platform Level to provide the DART patron a contemporary, comfortable and safe rider experience. In addition, new floor and wall finishes above the platform level are to be included. The replacement finishes should be robust and durable to reduce required maintenance, and the building systems should be integrated and energy efficient. Lighting levels should be enhanced over the existing levels and should be in a color spectrum similar to daylight to reduce the feel of being underground.

The project consists of intersection improvements including pedestrian sidewalk, curb ramp improvements, and signal improvements at valley view lane and mercer parkway. this project follows the txdot lgpp process and requirements.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the re-construction of approximately a total of 1800 LF between 5 sections. The sections are described as Egret Court; Red Wing Court; Meadowlark Lane; Red Wing Ct (East); and Egret Ct (East). The project will consist of construction of the Citys standard 10ft alley section.

The City of DeSoto is seeking to commission an artist or artist team to design and produce a permanent, interactive sculptural installation for Grimes Park. Guided by the Citys theme So Much To Love, the artwork should celebrate play, movement, connection, and shared outdoor experiences that reflect the parks role as a gathering place for families and youth. The sculpture is intended to invite physical interaction and engagement as part of active park use. While the artwork will be installed near the playground, multiple locations near the playground may be considered. Final siting will be determined during design development in coordination with City staff.

The City of DeSoto, Texas is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Nance Farm Cultural Arts Center, project number RFB-DEA-2601 and is advertising this Request for Bids. The work to be performed under the contract consists of the selective site demolition, historic renovation, and construction of new Nance Farm Cultural Arts Center. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications and plans. Before bidding on the project, bidders are expected to inspect all the sites of the work and to inform themselves regarding all site, utility, and roadway conditions. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City. The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for installation and commissioning of two new magnetic flow meters for the City of Grapevine meters located at 1) 2651 SH 121, Euless, Tx and 2) 5503 Pool Road, Colleyville, TX 76034.

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified firms capable of providing Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services for the Unified Signal System (USS) Project. The USS Project will modernize DARTs Light Rail Transit (LRT) signal system for approximately 48 miles of alignment, including the Central Business District (CBD), Red Line, and Blue Line. The project includes upgrading existing segments (excluding the CBD segment) that currently use Automatic Block Signaling (ABS) and Line of Sight (LOS). These segments will transition to a Digital Track Circuit-based Automatic Train Protections (ATP) signal system with cab signaling. The new system upgrades will match the signaling functionality of the Green and Orange Lines. For the CBD section, the existing Transit Signal Priority (TSP) system will be upgraded with enhanced train detection and transit signal prioritization features. Additionally, this project will advance the reliability of the signal system by introducing redundant power upgrades at key locations.
