Requires planning bituminous pavement, pavement repair, hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, traffic signal and ITS work, pavement markings, ADA curb ramps, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control and other work. Involves 99 items and 95 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving. Tier 2 project. DBE goal 16%.

The project includes constructing a paved trail, roadway and sidewalk widening, installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of storm drainage and dispersion facilities, striping, and utility adjustments.

The scope of work being performed includes the design of improvements and targeted repairs to correct conditions allowing water intrusion to the interior. Repairs include (but are not limited to): Low slope roof membrane and transitions, roof parapets, flashing, cement board stucco cladding, failed mortar joints & masonry, corroded brick ledgers, failed single wythe masonry walls above roof structures, failed plaza deck coating. Work includes repairs to wood windows, wood clad windows, and aluminum storefront windows, but no windows are being replaced. Existing windows will be tuned up with some patched and painted, and their rough openings waterproofed, sealed, and integrated with weather resistive barriers. Exterior single wyth and brick veneer masonry walls will be treated with penetrating sealers to repel weather. There are no changes to occupancy, site accommodations, parking or fire rated assemblies. Where work is performed on the building enclosure assemblies, the intent is to make the enclosures more weather resistive than the original while respecting the design aesthetics of both the 1930's original structure and the 1990 addition, and performing all Work as required by the Contract Documents.

The City of Everett owns the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) at 4027 4th Street SE, Everett, WA 98201 and is seeking a Contractor to perform the following work, which includes but is not limited to: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bedding, backfill, and compaction for repair of an existing 48-inch TFI pipe section and 48-inch SE pipe section. A portion of the area has been previously excavated by the Owner to diagnose the needed repairs. 3. Additional pavement demolition as necessary to facilitate the work. The Owner has already removed existing pavements to the extents shown and noted in the Drawings. 4. Demolishing an existing 48-inch TFI pipe section and two (2) existing couplings on either side of an existing elbow. 5. Demolishing two (2) existing 48-inch SE pipe couplings on either side of an existing 90-degree elbow. 6. Furnishing and installing a new 48-inch TFI pipe section, flexible rubber connector, two (2) couplings, and associated restraints. 7. Furnishing and installing two (2) new 48-inch SE couplings and associated restraints. Note that the duration of the 48-inch SE pipe repair shall not exceed a 24-hour period between removal of the pipe couplings and elbow and installation of the new couplings and replacement of the elbow. 8. Removing and reinstalling an existing 48-inch TFI elbow and 48-inch SE elbow to facilitate installation of the new pipe section and couplings. 9. Removing mortar coating from the existing 48-inch TFI and 48-inch SE piping and elbows to facilitate installation of the new couplings and restraints. 10. Fabricating and welding U-shaped plates to the existing 48-inch TFI and 48-inch SE piping and elbows for restraint of the couplings. 11. Enlarging the pipe penetration at the existing Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure to facilitate installation of the new flexible rubber connector. 12. Removing portions of the existing screen channel sidewalls and floor grout in the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure to extend the new 48-inch TFI pipe section past the interior face of the structure wall. 13. Remove and reset the existing electrical vault near the east side of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 14. Filling under the existing stairs along the east side of the Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 15. Constructing a new dumpster pad, furnishing and installing a new area drain for the pad, and connecting piping between the area drain and Recirculation/Bypass Flow Control Structure. 16. Prepare subgrade and place asphalt pavement where the asphalt has already been removed by the Owner and any other areas where asphalt is removed by the Contractor to facilitate the Work.

The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for mobilization to the site; site preparation; excavation and disposal or recycling of soils contaminated with petroleum; excavation, removal, and disposal of a 300 gallon abandoned underground storage tank (UST); excavation, removal, and disposal of septic tank and attached lines within the excavation zone of the UST; excavation of overburden soils from areas of contaminated groundwater and stockpile for later use; as needed dewatering and treatment of water from excavation locations to improve excavation stability; mixing of bioremediation reagents into the 2-feet of soil at the bottom of the remediation locations; and backfilling the excavations with stockpiled overburden soils, salvaged soils, or approved import material and associated project restoration.

JOC is a competitively bid, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract with a general contractor intended to complete various public works projects throughout the City. The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Contractor will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of the City.

This project involves three (3) schedules (A Sewer, B 88th Avenue West Storm, and C Daley Pl Storm) in the construction of the City of Edmonds 2026 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project. This Project consists of: Schedule A Phase 13 Sewer: Installation of approximately 258 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter cured-in-place (CIPP) structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) pipe inspection. Schedule B Phase 6 Storm (88th Avenue West): Installation of approximately 690 linear LF of 8-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. Schedule C Phase 6 Storm (Daley Pl): Installation of approximately 15 LF of 8-inch diameter, 480 LF of 12-inch diameter, 520 LF of 15-inch diameter, and 150 LF of 18-inch diameter CIPP structural liner, along with both pre-construction and post-construction CCTV pipe inspection. This site will also include 20 LF of 12-inch diameter PVC and general restoration.

NSD intends to award a contract for General Contractor/Construction Manager services utilizing a three-step competitive selection process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. Step 1: Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) - based on evaluations of the SOQs, a number of firms will be short-listed. Step 2: Extended interviews of short-listed firms. This may include jobsite and/or office visits as well as extended interviews with NSD selection committee members. Step 3: Based on NSDs evaluations of the interviews, the most highly qualified team(s) will be invited to submit fee proposals for specified general conditions and contractors fee. The project Port Gardner Storage Facility West Marine View Drive Storm and Combined Sewer Construction Package 1 consists of construction of various diameter pipelines and structures to convey wastewater and stormwater to the Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF) from multiple locations north and south of PGSF. The PGSF will provide temporary combined sewer storage, reducing CSOs at the Citys four remaining uncontrolled CSO discharge points to meet the Washington State Department of Ecology executed Agreed Order number 11638.This facility will also provide stormwater treatment for separated stormwater drainage basins with conveyance to the Citys deepwater outfall and local stormwater conveyance to the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility. This facility is scheduled to be operational by December 31, 2027.

Contractor to construct and/or install the following, including but not limited to: Project A: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bedding, backfill, and compaction for installation of a new plug valve, precast vault, and line stop fitting along an existing 30-inch ductile iron force main. 3. Bypass pumping from backup LS 1B to the LS 1 wet well to facilitate installation of the line stop, new 30-inch valve, and associated appurtenances. 4. Installing a line stop fitting, including pouring and curing a concrete block under the existing pipe to support the line stopping equipment, to execute a line stop and removing the line stop equipment and sealing the line stop fitting when the valve installation is complete. 5. Removing a portion of the existing 30-inch ductile iron force main to facilitate installation of the new plug valve. 6. Installing the new 30-inch plug valve, connecting piping, and associated appurtenances. 7. Installing a precast vault for the new 30-inch plug valve with cast-in-place footings. 8. Surface restoration. Project B: 1. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures. 2. Removing and reinstalling the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault cover to facilitate replacement of an existing 48-inch butterfly valve. 3. Cutting the flange off the existing 48-inch concrete cylinder pipe in the vault to facilitate installation of the new valve. 4. Demolishing and removing the existing isolation butterfly valve, stem, and operator pedestal at the chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault. 5. Installing a new 48-inch butterfly valve, flange coupling adapter, and pipe support in the existing chlorine contact channel isolation valve vault.

Demolition of six homes and accessory structures, including asbestos and lead abatement.

Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance, filter replacement, inspection, and on-call repair services for the HVAC systems serving the Cathcart Firing Range.

The project is located at 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd., Arlington, WA 98233. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope: Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, including sheathing and rigid insulation. Replacement of single-ply membrane roofing. Demolition and replacement of gutters. Modifications to existing downspouts and the addition of one new downspout, including connection to existing tight line below grade and related concrete cutting and patching. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work. Painting of roof hatches and miscellaneous rooftop equipment. The existing high school will remain partially occupied by staff throughout the construction period. Coordination with the Owners schedule will be required including but not limited to start and end of school.

This contract work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for demolition and removal of existing concrete pits and slabs associated with the current vehicle lift installations within the Vehicle Maintenance Building, and the construction of two (2) new equipment pits to accommodate new lift installations. The work also includes the excavation, removal, handling, and off-site disposal of petroleum-contaminated soils encountered during excavation, as required. Disposal shall be at the Districts designated disposal vendor located in Seattle. Clean backfill shall be provided and placed on an as-needed basis following removal of contaminated materials.

The project will include CCTV inspection of portions of the Districts gravity sewer system that fall within the City of Mukilteo and unincorporated Snohomish County jurisdictional boundaries. Gravity sewer mains and manholes. The initial Unit Price Contract will be for one year with the possibility to execute two, one-year extensions to December 31, 2028 if additional funds become available. The lineal footage of CCTV completed will be based on bid prices and available budget. .

Project consists of all work to be performed as indicated in the Project Manual, Drawings, and any posted Addenda. The Project includes a new two-story Fire Station of approximately 12,465 sq. ft. and associated site and offsite work located at 18717 North Road, Bothell, WA 98012. The station will be a steel-framed structure with two (2) full apparatus bays, public spaces, support spaces, offices, crew workspaces, crew living spaces, and six (6) sleeping rooms. The site is approximately 2.25 acres. Site and offsite work includes site structures, storm water systems, utilities, landscaping, paving, frontage improvements, and additional work as identified in the Contract Documents. Substantial Completion shall be achieved within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the Owners Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within forty-five days (045) after Substantial Completion. The Project will have one phase.

This Contract provides for roadway and utility improvements in and along Union Street from City Hall to Indiana Avenue, approximately 750 feet and Kentucky Avenue from Grand Street to Union Street, approximately 1,200 feet. Improvements include, but are not limited to, planning, pavement repair, overlay, water main improvements, cement concrete sidewalk, traffic control, pavement markings and other related work items.

The Cedarhome Dr & Park Dr Water Main Replacement Project consists of replacing 3,000 LF of existing water main with 8 C900 PVC pipe and appurtenances along with associated restoration work at the following locations: Cedarhome Dr NW from Pioneer Hwy to 276th St NW Park Dr from the Alley to Cedarhome Dr NW The Alley from Cedarhome Dr NW to 276th Pl NW. The stormwater system along Cedarhome Dr from Pioneer Hwy to Henning Dr will be replaced with 550 LF of 12 HDOE single span storm pipe along with new Type 1 catch basins.

This Contract provides for improvements to ADA facilities and roadway preservation including grind and overlay on the following areas: North St W Columbia St from Kelsey St to King St. 147th from 179th to Tye St. The anticipated work includes placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. in. PG 58H-22) with Fiber, pavement repair, planing, construction of ADA ramps, pavement markings, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work.

The Port of Everett is seeking proposals from qualified Facility Maintenance Contractors to provide a range of services as outlined in this solicitation. The Port desires that exterior grounds are consistently clean and well maintained to the greatest extent feasible. The Contractor shall deliver services that promote a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment appropriate for a high-traffic, year-round waterfront destination serving the public. Priority shall be given to high-visibility and high-use areas, including public entrances, pedestrian pathways, and areas adjacent to restaurants, and retail establishments.
