Survey, Erosion & Sediment Control, Clear & Grub, Demolition, Earthwork, Excavation, Rock Slope Protection, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fencing, Concrete Curb, Gutter, & Median, Drainage Improvements, Trailheads & Site Furnishings, Pavement Striping & Markings, Signage, Retaining Walls, Bicycle & Pedestrian Bridge, Landscaping, Hydroseeding, Electrical, Hazardous Waste Disposal, Painting, Lead Compliance Plan, and Tribal Monitoring & Discovery.

All proposals/quotes should be emailed to the Estimator or faxed to (510) 982-3636 prior to 12:00 PM on the Bid Date. A & B is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DBE participation. All subcontractors are required to execute A & B’s standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. A copy of our agreement and insurance requirements are available upon request. At A & B’s discretion, 100% payment and 100% performance bonds may be required. A & B is a union contractor and we are signatory to the Laborers, Carpenters, and Operating Engineers unions.
