This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner.
