Dudek is seeking qualifications from certified DBE environmental consulting firms in or near the Caltrans District 11 area. Services include biology, hazardous materials, traffic, etc. The scope of work includes consultation, research, professional, and technical services required for Environmental Generalist Services on an "as-needed" basis in the maintenance, development, and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities.
