The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is requesting proposals from commercial janitorial cleaning companies for janitorial and cleaning services at the AHA administrative office and two of its properties. AHA retains the right to exercise the option to renew the three-year contract for a maximum of two additional one-year terms based on satisfactory service results and budget approval.
