For the improvement of certain sections of State Highway In Centre County, Millheim Borough, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 2011 Section A07. The project is situated as follows: On State Route 2011 from Segment 0056/Offset 1709 to Segment 0056/Offset 2124. For the construction of a Cast-in-Place Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert to replace the existing masonry arch culvert. Construction includes a waterline relocation and reconstruction of concrete mill race wall. Construction of approach work consisting of superpave asphalt mixture designs for the base, binder, and wearing course, curbing, sidewalks, ADA detectable warning surfaces, pavement base drain, inlets, pavement markings and legends, and miscellaneous construction for a construction length of approximately 320 feet (0.06 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings. DBE GFE required. Prequalification required.
