COVID-19 Instructions/Site Visit: Site Visit location is Connor Hall which is located at 900 Columbia Avenue (1.5 blocks west of the intersection of 8th Street and Columbia Avenue). Site NMHU IFB 21001 Visitors will meet at Connor Hall C Wing and be controlled in groups of 5, escorted by HMHU personnel. NMHU requires all visitors/contractors participate in a COVID-19 safety training. Contractors can take NMHU training or demonstrate that they have taken a COVID safety course with their own company. Contractors can provide a certificate of their training to EOCTraining@nmhu.edu.

Proposals shall comply with the New Mexico Procurement Code, and all applicable federal, state and local laws. Provide the removal and replacement of NMHU-Provided windows (46 ea) at Connor Residence Hall B-Wing in Las Vegas, NM. The period of performance is anticipated to be December 2020 through January 2021, with an Option for additional window 42 NMHU-provided windows installation in Fiscal Year 2022 of C-Wing. Replacement of 46 Contractor-Furnished windows in A-Wing in December 2020, and Option for replacement of 42 Contractor-Furnished windows in B-Wing in first half of Fiscal Year 2022 on Main Campus, NMHU, Las Vegas, NM. Wing names clarified, and all windows will be Contractor-Furnished
