The City of Charleston, South Carolina is soliciting vendors for the 1099 King Street Renovations. Demolition of existing conditions and renovate according to City of Charleston’s Construction documents provided. The scope includes but is not limited to: demolition, lead paint abatement, framing, electrical, data, flooring and all finish work. New construction shall accommodate BAR approved Impact-Rated windows and doors, Means of Egress, “Assisted-Use” restroom on each floor and a Handicap accessible Shower on the first floor. Written Questions may also be faxed to: 843-720-3872. All questions must be received before 1:00pm on October 15, 2020. No interpretation shall be binding upon the City unless in writing from the City’s Corporate Counsel. Please refer to the documents for more important details. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
