Project description: • Complete Demolition and removal of ± 300’ existing 24” storm drain pipe systems & headwalls. • Demolition includes street saw cut & asphalt patch work, tree removal, removal of fencing, remove and replace ± 30 of curb & gutter. • Installation of erosion control BMP’s. • Install new 24” HDPE/RCP pipes and tie-in to existing storm drain structures including stone bedding, backfill up to spring elevation with # 57 stone. • Installation of new 24” Pre-cast Headwalls with Rip-Rap. • Install complete new fencing, cleanup and re-grout structures. • Installation of sod/mulch on areas disturbed by construction activities. • The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the drawings and as described in the respective sections of these specifications. The Work shall be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days. The completion of the work will be computed from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Questions via email to Owner by 9/27/2022, 3:00pm.
