Repair and/or replace framing necessary to complete replacement of siding. Replace all siding on the north and south side of building. Replace damaged siding on the west and east sides. Replace damaged fascia board. Replace damaged lattice work. Paint the exterior of the building. Update existing deck to meet ADA and building code requirements; includes replacement of deck/ramp boards and installation of wooden handrail. Utility relocations (HVAC, electrical) will be performed outside of this scope.
