Sealed bids for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision to improving the roadway including paved shoulders and associated drainage from First Avenue (from Malacompra to the north terminus of First Avenue), Osceola Avenue (from Malacompra to the north terminus of Osceola Avenue), and Apache Drive (from Osceola Avenue to First Avenue) for an approximate total length of 0.55 miles. The improvements also include construction of the stormwater pond and the stabilized access roadway and associated drainage on Second Avenue to the pond. In addition, coordination with utility providers within the project corridors will be required for the protection and adjustment of facilities in conflict with the project improvements is required. All of the work shall be constructed in conformance with the project plans and contract documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
