2020 Camden County LMIG Project, Woodbine GA

The project consists of the following generally described work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to resurface approximately 4.81 miles of roadway surface with 1.5” of 12.50 mm asphalt, 0.50” of 9.5mm asphalt leveling including 5” painted double yellow centerline striping and 24” white painted stop bars at each intersection. As an alternative bid item, Clarks Bluff Road will be restriped with 5” double yellow centerline and 5 single white edge lines with paint striping. The project also includes provide labor and equipment to install 15”, 18” and 24” RCP. The drainage pipe will be provided by Camden County. The Camden County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and appurtenances as specified on the following transportation maintenance projects: Horseshoe Cove Road – Ella Park Church Road to Subdivision Entrance – 1.02 Miles . Frazier Road – US 17 to Terminus – 0.70 Miles. Tradewinds Drive – Harrietts Bluff Road Miriah Drive – 0.31 Miles. Northeaster Court – Tradewinds Drive to Terminus – 0.17 Miles. Westerly Court – Tradewinds Drive to Terminus – 0.06 Miles. Easterly Court – Tradewinds Drive to Terminus – 0.12 Miles. Mariah Court – West Terminus to East Terminus – 0.32 Miles. Deals Circle South – Harrietts Bluff Road (West) to Harrietts Bluff Road (East) – 0.59 Miles. Beverly Drive – Ridge Road to Ridge Road – 0.12 Miles. Martin Lane – Ridge Road to Terminus – 0.11 Miles. Ridge Road – Clarks Bluff Road to Terminus – 0.58 Miles. Wren Road – Ridge Road to Terminus – 0.15 Miles. Cooner Road – Clarks Bluff Road to Terminus – 0.23 Miles. Kerry Place – Clarks Bluff Road to Terminus – 0.33 Miles. Clarks Bluff Road – Striping Only – West Elizabeth Street to Oakwell Road – 4.06 Miles. Tradewinds Drive – Culvert Replacement. Deals Circle South – Culvert Replacement. Bid Bond drawn in favor of Camden County Board of Commissioners, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the total offer for the complete work. Such Bid Bond represents that the Offerer, if awarded a contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond as provided by law and approved by the Attorney for Camden County. The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Camden County Board of Commissioners if Offeror fails to execute the contract within ten (10) days after being notified that he or she has been awarded the contract.
