The project description is to replace the existing air handling units, chiller, boilers, pumps, VAV boxes, piping and adding two (2) new rooftop air handling units. The two new units will provide the heating and air conditioning to the majority of the existing building and replace the existing unit ventilators in the building. The existing ventilators are to be capped and left in place for this project. The project is to be performed in (2) phases, with phase 1 taking place over summer break of 2022 and phase 2 taking place over summer break of 2023.
