GH Phipps is working in conjunction with the City of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to procure General Contractors for this ADA improvement project. The project includes correction of ADA non-compliant elements on the exterior of the Castro Courthouse Building. The renovations include selective demolition of the existing parking lot and sidewalks for new ADA compliant pathways, asphalt mill and overlay, new handicapped parking stalls and associated ramps, new ADA compliant ramp from lower parking are to upper plaza including earthwork, concrete formwork, concrete flatwork, railings and landscaping. Deadline for questions is 10/4/22 by 5 pm. DBE/MBE/WBE goal is 16%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
