This is a solicitation for a low-bid TOC for sidewalk repair, flatwork, and ramp construction. Contract value will be $5.25M, bonded by the half, performance period 15 months from award of first TO. Specs and contract line items will be similar to the FY 22 Sidewalk TOC contract. Please note the dates below are notional, and will likely be adjusted by the contract administrator. Please note the WBS is for FY 22, we will have an updated WBS once the new FY starts. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on May 17th.
