The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Removal and Replacement of 100 L.F. of Belgium Block Curb, if and where directed; Removal and Replacement of 100 L.F. of 6” x 8” x 18” Concrete Vertical Curb, if and where directed; Removal and replacement of 15 SY of Concrete Sidewalk, 4” Thick, Removal and replacement of 10 SY of Concrete Driveway, 6” Thick, Installation of approximately 681 L.F. of 8” Perforated Corrugated High Density Polyethylene Pipe for underdrain pipe, Type ‘P’ in the paved areas as shown on construction plans; Installation of approximately 3,481 L.F. of 10” Perforated Corrugated High Density Polyethylene Pipe for underdrain pipe, Type ‘P’ in the paved areas as shown on construction plans; Installation of approximately 75 L.F. of 18” Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Installation of approximately 100 L.F. of 18” High Density Polyethylene Pipe, Type N12, Installation of approximately 183 L.F. of 38”x60” Reinforced Concrete Elliptical Pipe, Installation of approximately 176 L.F. of 10” Ductile Iron Pipe Crossing in road, Class 52; Installation of 3 Manholes, 0’ to 8’ deep; Installation of 18” Reinforced Concrete End Section, 1 unit, Installation of 25 CY of Rip-Rap, D50 = 11”, Installation of Inlets, Type ‘A’ with Bicycle Safe Grates, approximately 24 units; Installation of Doghouse Inlet, Type ‘A’ with Bicycle Safe Grates, approximately 1 unit; Installation of Inlets, Type ‘E’ with Bicycle Safe Grates, approximately 2 units; Installation of sump pump connections with cleanout assemblies, approximately 35 units; Installation of sump pump connections, without cleanout assemblies, approximately 6 units; Removal and Replacement of approximately 7 Inlet Grates with Bicycle Safe Grates; Removal and Replacement of approximately 4 Inlet curb pieces, 6” or 8” High Eco Style, HMA Milling, 3” or Less, 170 SY, Installation of 30 tons of HMA 9.5m64 surface course, 2” Thick, Reset inlet casting approximately 2 units; Removal of approximately 4 trees 18” or less caliper, Removal of approximately 2 trees 18” to 36” caliper, Installation of 118 SY of Topsoil. 4” Thick, Installation of 118 SY of Fertilize and Seeding, Type D, Installation of 118 SY of Straw Mulching, Maintenance and protection of traffic at the construction site during the course of construction, using cones, drums, signs and trained flagmen. The contractor shall be aware of the requirements of Section 617 – Traffic Control of the Supplementary Specifications; Take soil erosion protection measures, if and where required, during the course of construction; Notification to property owners affected by construction regarding parking and access to their homes and driveways; Locating all existing utilities where excavation will be required to perform work under the contract; Any other work required to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications, Supplementary Specifications, Drawings or as directed by the Engineer. Estimated project start date is November 15, 2022 and estimated end date is February 15, 2023 (duration of contract is 90 days). Deadline for questions is October 5, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
