Sealed bids will be received by the City of Martinsville, Virginia for 2022 Fall Bulk Paving Contracts. Work consists of a mill and fill operation of approximately 475 tons of SM-9.5A total on all jobs listed in this bid. Work includes milling of approximately 5130 sq. yards. All work included under this contract shall be completed by April 14, 2023. Bonds required.
