The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 2022 Parking Lot and Multi-Use Path Maintenance Project. The work generally includes repair of pavement structures located within city owned or maintained parking lots and off-street bike paths. Work will include, but not be limited to, asphalt patching, resurfacing, crack filling, seal coating, concrete replacement, and pavement striping in accordance with contract special provisions and location inventory. Also, in addition to the driveway reconstruction at the Modaff Substation, work will include, but is not limited to, new guardrail, concrete curb, pipe drain, and concrete steps.
