The Work of this Contract is comprised of saw cutting and patch paving underground utility repairs and adjacent to utility structures, i.e. manholes and valve boxes, and multiuse trails including all necessary prep work and removal and disposal of all spoils and debris. The total quantity of Work is based on annual maintenance and operations work completed by the District. The District has historically required approximately 1,000-2,000 square feet of Work to be completed annually. This quantity is provided for historical purposes and in no way does the District make any guarantee as to the total quantity of Work to be completed as part of this Bid. The District will execute three (3) contracts for the Work with the three (3) low bidders. All paving work shall be completed within twenty-one (21) calendar days of receipt of Notification from the District. Questions via PlanetBids by 6/1/2022, 5:00pm. Prevailing wages.
