The contractor selected to provide liner repair services under this contract shall provide all required labor, materials, equipment and supplies on an "as needed" basis to prepare the work area, seal, or reseal breaks, cuts, tears and or other openings in existing liner materials by either extrusion welding of existing in-place, or replacement with new HDPE or LLDPE materials or sew and stitch scrim reinforced liner and windscreen ballast, on an "as needed" basis, to ensure a continuous impermeable and stable surface. The contractor shall perform all work as to assure and protect the integrity of existing liners using common industry standards. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
