A site visit is scheduled for Apr 20th @ 8:30 AM. A guided tour of 3333 North Mesa St. Building Roof will be included as a part of the conference agenda. Please meet on west side of the building (this is the back side of the
structure). HSP requird. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
Complete removal of existing BUR and insulation down to metal deck. Take out old abandoned curbs. Furnish and install new TPO Roofing System complete with all flashings, expansion joint, accessories, walk pads, and pipe supports for a complete and water-tight roofing system in accordance with approved Manufacturer’s requirements and details. Furnish and install Taper and Crickets where needed. Replace all skylights. Relocate an existing gas valve. Maintenance on the Canopy metal roof - Provide & install gutter screens and caulk all required flashings & metal terminations as needed. Provide Unit Prices for various items as necessary to successfully complete the new TPO Roofing System installation, including but not limited to, metal deck, drain assemblies, scuppers, etc. Questions due by Apr 26th @ 2:00 PM.
