The work covered by these Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations necessary for the construction of a stairway addition in the 400 level of TIAA Bank Field. All work will be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be on the City of Jacksonville's list of Pre-Qualified Contractors (Vertical Construction) in order to be eligible to bid.
