The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The project consist of a Base Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1. The general scope of work for the Base Bid includes but are not limited to site clearing and demolition, erosion control, soil remediation, grading, storm drain diversion and pretreatment, pump stations and conveyance, underground storage gallery, treatment wetlands, post-storage conveyance, electrical service, electrical controls and instrumentation, partial lighting, site paving, curbs, fencing and gates, prefabricated education/office building, prefabricated restroom building landscape and irrigation. CEQA/NEPA requirements including Archaeological survey, monitoring, hiring of a biologist and Native American cultural resources monitoring during construction activities. The general scope of work for the Additive Alternate No. 1 includes but is not limited to maintenance garage, site accessories, site furnishings, exercise station, security system and cameras, natural play area, resilient paving, trails, landscape, lighting, and all other items that are required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. MWBE goals.
