This project is for the construction of fencing, a pavilion, sidewalks and playground site preparation. The site of work is located at the corner of 6th Avenue and 23rd Street in the City of Altoona. The site will require earthwork, graded as shown on the Site Plan. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
