Southwest Florida Water Management District’s Sarasota Service Office Main Entrance Lobby 78 Sarasota Center Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34240
The District is soliciting bids from responsive and responsible bidders to furnish, deliver, and install, if and when ordered, to the District, all required work, services and materials necessary to accomplish the 78 Sarasota Center Project as described in the Drawings, including the Wiedrick plans for architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical dated February 16, 2021 and ATS plans for fire sprinkler systems dated February 18, 2021 and the other RFB documents. The terms and conditions of this RFB are incorporated into the resulting contractual relationship between the Contractor and the District. The Project involves an occupied facility and all work performed under any resulting Agreement must be coordinated with the District Project Manager so as to minimally impact District operations.
