9.080 Miles of Milling, Inlay and Plant Mix Resurfacing on Us 19/sr 3 Beginning North of Sr 54 and Extending to the Fulton County Line. This work includes constructing a cement stabilized base course by pulverizing the existing flexible pavement, underlying base and subgrade, and mixing with Portland cement. Construct according to these Specifications and to the lines, grades, thickness, and typical cross-sections shown on the Plans or established by the Engineer. This work includes constructing one or more courses of bituminous plant mixture on the prepared foundation or existing roadway surface. Ensure the mixture conforms with lines, grades, thicknesses, and typical cross sections shown on the Plans or established by the Engineer. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
