The Accelerated Manhole Referral Group 1 Project will replace and rehabilitate 58 existing manholes throughout the City of San Diego and the City of Escondido. Nine (9) manholes will be rehabilitated and forty-eight (48) manholes will be replaced. A portion of this project is located adjacent (within 100 feet) to the MHPA. All excavation will occur within previously disturbed soils. Excavation areas will be approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. Proposed depths will range from 3 to 25 feet. Project duration is 310 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Total Mandatory SLBE & ELBE participation is 15.3%
