Addison Park, 415 Addison Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033. Due to the current pandemic attendees must comply with social distancing guidelines and wear a mask at all times during the meeting.
The Project will include the following: Construction of a splash pad facility generally consisting of three activity zones, water features, water/wastewater handling and treatment systems, and associated amenities. Generally the work will include a new splash pad facility at Addison Park, including establishment of temporary facilities, erosion and sedimentation controls, selective site demolition, earthwork, installation of subsurface piping, installation of retaining walls, construction of a splash pad facility with three activity zones, water features, water/wastewater handling and treatment systems, and associated amenities. It is anticipated that the successful Bidder will be required to commence work on or about September 8, 2021 and achieve substantial completion of the Project no later than April 15, 2022.
