Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Agnor-Hurt and Greer Elementary Schools Restroom Finishes Upgrades located at 3201 Berkmar Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901, and 190 Lambs Lane, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901, respectively, for Albemarle County Public Schools, Albemarle County, Virginia. The project is generally described as the removal and reinstallation of plumbing fixtures, installation of new finishes, the reconfiguration of two shower stalls into toilet stalls, replacement of lavatories. Additionally, at the Greer Elementary School library, demolition and replacement of finishes, installation of new hollow metal frames and doors, and other minor work is included in the scope. Bonds required.
