The City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of a concrete slab, assembly and installation of a 2,450 Sq.Ft. pre-engineered metal building for an addition to an existing aircraft hangar at Coulter Airfield. The project involves approximately 600CY of over excavation, installation of select fill, and associated utility service lines and pedestrian improvements. Q&A due by 04/27/21 at 10AM. Location: The Project is located at 6120 East State Highway 21. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
