General Work Description: Allan Witt Community Park is located at 1741 W Texas St, Fairfield, CA 94533 in the City of Fairfield, Solano County, California. Site improvements for Phase 2 Skate Park Improvements Volume 4 are on 1 acre of the 42 acre site. The majority of the improvements for this portion of the site are located in the southern west portion of the site. The improvement area for Phase 1 is bordered to the north by the Caltrans Maintenance Yard and the south by Woolner Avenue.The work generally consists of, but not limited to the following: site demolition, clearing, grading, installation of storm drain and electrical utilities, pedestrian, vehicular, and skate park concrete pavements, asphalt pavement, fencing, wall, landscaping, and irrigation adjustments as specified in the Contract Documents, and as directed by the City Engineer. Site Improvements for PHASE 2 DOG PARK VOLUME 5 are on 6 acres of the 42 acre site. The majority of the improvements for this portion of the site are located in the northern east portion of the site. The improvement area for Phase 2 is bordered to the north by the West Texas Street and the east by Midway Automotive & Muffler and Brentwood Apartments. The work generally consists of, but not limited to the following: site demolition, clearing, grading, installation of drainage, water, sewer and electrical utilities, concrete pathways, asphalt road and parking lot, shade shelters, gateway entry arches, dog agility courses, decomposed granite pavement, ramps, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation as specified in the Contract Documents, and as directed by the City Engineer. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 05/28/20 at 4PM.
