The work shall consist of, but not limited to 1. construction of minor improvements to the Phase 1 Bldg. and the Natomas Center – Phase 2 & 3 New Instructional Building, approximately 52,240 sq.ft. building, including: Phase 1 Bldg. - Small facade improvement facing the new courtyard for the new instructional facility. Refer to construction document for the location and extend of facade improvement. Phase 2 & 3 Bldg. – New two-story instructional facility housing classrooms, computer & science labs, office spaces and student collaboration areas. This new facility will be located on an open parcel adjacent to the existing Phase 1 Bldg. Both buildings will serve as a satellite campus to American River College. This new facility will interact and engage the courtyard and surround site and landscape. Adjacent Site - The site improvements include a central courtyard to aide in student collaboration and rest. Our site improvements outside the building footprint upgrade our site amenity to include electric vehicle parking and preparation for future EV stalls. All adjacent paved areas affected by our project will be patched, repaired in like kind. Questions due 9/23/22. Term is 550 days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
