Annual Contract for Sanitary Sewer Maintenance & Improvements The project generally consists of the construction of gravity sewers and force mains of, in general four (4) inch through thirty (30) inch diameter including manholes, service lines, service connections, road crossings, site work, appurtenances, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. Work may include emergency type activities on a short notice basis. This Contract will include three (3) additional one (1) year options for renewal.
