Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Eastside Service Center, 3930 E Houston St., San Antonio, Texas, 78220 with the Purchasing Department in Training Room, on April 15, 2021, at 9:00AM (CT)for all prospective bidders to clarify any questions pertaining to the specifications. In order to be considered for an award, bidder must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit. Mandatory site visit to Northeast Service Center (NESC)13655 O’Connor Road will be required immediately after visit to Eastside Service Center. Late or non-attendee(s) will not be allowed to submit a bid for this solicitation. Bidders are encouraged to prepare and submit their questions in writing three (3) calendar days in advance of the Pre-Bid Conference in order to expedite the proceedings. SAWS responses to questions received by this due date may be distributed at the Pre-Bid Conference and posted at SAWS Purchasing website. Bidders may submit written questions concerning this Bid to Sandra Rios, Contracting and Purchasing Specialist via email at srios@saws.org, or via facsimile at 210-233-4283. Masks are mandatory.
