The purpose of the Invitation for Bids is to solicit bids and award a contract for Janitorial services for the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Purchasing Contracts & Grants Services for the building occupied by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning April 1, 2022. Service Days: Monday through Friday After 5:00 pm and must be completed by 5:30 am. Square Footage of about 10,960. Building Details: One Floor, Offices: 33 Conference Rooms: 3 Kitchens: 1 Bathrooms: 6 Glass Doors: 2 Windows: 36 Blinds: 35 Clerical Room: 1 Percentage of Carpeted Area: 85%. Vendor shall provide the following: Performance of all tasks in a quality manner, as scheduled. Vendor shall wear face mask and gloves while in the building. Professional and Respectful Staff to perform tasks. Air Fresheners. Trash Liners (must be strong/heavy duty). Anti-Bacterial Hand Soap (Not generic). Toilet Seat Covers. Toilet Tissue. Cleaning Equipment & Tools. Cleaning Supplies shall be on the EPA list of disinfectant for COVID 19. A storage area will not be provided.
