Metro is seeking bids to provide scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair services to equipment at Metro facilities or for repair in-shop. Metro is seeking bids to provide scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair services to equipment at Metro facilities. Metro requires contractor to respond to all requests the same business day and to be onsite within two hours for emergency repairs. The selected contractor agrees to follow all applicable state, federal, and Metro rules and regulations regarding equipment maintenance and safety. The selected contractor will be responsible for the safety and training of all its employees and subcontractors. Metro intends to award this contract to multiple firm(s). The term of the contract is anticipated to be January 2022 through January 2027. Metro reserves the right to renew contract for additional terms not to exceed a total of five (5) years. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this ITB during the above stated term.
