Work shall take place at Portland State University (PSU) Campus. The Owner intends to award a single Agreement for a duration of three years plus two one-year options. Contractor shall provide all materials, services, supervision, labor, supplies, tools, equipment and incidentals required complete all activities under the Agreement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
