The purpose of this Solicitation is to secure multiple Suppliers to furnish and/or install Projection Audio Visual Equipment, as needed and as listed and specified herein, where awarded Suppliers will prioritize prompt, efficient, and quality service to the District. This contract shall commence on 1/01/2023 and shall remain in effect through 12/31/2025. Notwithstanding, it shall be understood and agreed that any required warranty period which exceeds this term shall remain in full force for the duration of the warranty period. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
